The room had a nice boutique feel with decent furnishings, providing what you'd expect from a good hotel. The breakfast area featured a lovely seating arrangement outside, perfect for morning meals.

Bedding was inadequate, consisting of just a single sheet, and when requested, the replacement came as a worn and torn old cover. The towels were worn and sometimes didn’t arrive until late in the evening, leaving you waiting. The bathroom showed significant wear, and the internet connection was unreliable, frustrating when you needed it most. The shower oscillated between hot and cold, which wasn’t exactly refreshing. the lift was painfully slow, and key cards frequently malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips back to the reception.

The warm welcome and attentive staff made the stay enjoyable, with the notable cleanliness of the hotel enhancing the experience. the breakfast variety could have been improved, and the gym access was missed during this trip. Looking forward to the next visit!

I had a lovely stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ready to assist with anything I needed. Clean rooms made my experience pleasant.

Spent 3 nights here. Staff were super helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who sorted our airport transfer. Room was cleaned daily, but breakfast options could be better. Location is great for exploring, and I loved how there was a shisha lounge nearby for a chill end to the day.

Just a top selection for a city holiday in Marrakesh with attractive and competitive value for money. The room was ok, but room 3002 smelt like chemicals due to air conditioning. Make sure to walk out for food as it’s expensive at the hotel.

stayed at tempoo for 3 nights and loved the friendly staff, especially lamiaa and kamal. they were super helpful and made us feel at home. the location is perfect, close to the mall, and there’s a nice outdoor pool for relaxation.
